50% of the service cost is due before being scheduled again if the client gives less than 24hrs cancellation notice. 100% of the service cost is due before being scheduled again if the client is a no call/no show. If 15 minutes late, the client is at risk of a rescheduled appointment and a $15 fee. $20 deep cleaning fee if the client comes in with dirty lashes. We cannot lash a dirty lash! If the technician concludes that the client's lashes are too sparse for the booked fill, the technician has the right to charge accordingly. No refunds, only free lash removals.
